The young gentleman who greeted me was incredibly polite and made me feel right at home. The room was tastefully decorated and had a lovely en suite. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The host was knowledgeable and provided great information about the area. I felt genuinely cared for during my stay. The BnB was sparkling clean, with comfortable rooms. Laura provided delicious gluten-free food and was welcoming and accommodating. The garden was a beautiful place to relax and read. The location was convenient, within walking distance to town and Loch Ness.

The lack of views and access to the lake was a major letdown. the photos were slightly misleading and created expectations of a view that couldn't be met.

Enjoyed the christmas atmosphere with festive decorations and seasonal treats. We were able to easily explore the nearby natural attractions, with the hotel being conveniently located close to walking trails and stunning views. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room we stayed in was not well insulated, making it difficult to sleep due to the noise from other guests and the creaky floorboards. we were disappointed with the limited breakfast options, with only one standard and uninspiring menu available.
